Ramses Madina explores spatial aspects and human interactions with the natural and built environment that reveal societal values, cultural signifiers and political discourse through the iconography of space. His visual language is characterized by observation and experimentation that present perspectives outside of the ordinary ways of seeing. His site specific works often require complex negotiation, intensive preparatory research and a continual engagement with the technical and aesthetic potential of the cinematic and photographic medium.
